Authentic Nigerian Pepper Soup Pack

The soup is usually enjoyed as a light meal or used as a soother when one has a cold or fever.

These spices are a conbination of everything. It comes in a pack, and it can do up to 3-5 serves. (Split all the spices equally, use little and save the rest

Preparation time 5 mins. Cooking time 10-15mins.

1. Blend all spices together with onion, bell pepper, and ginger
2. Squeeze the water out with a tea strainer in a pot, add water if you like and cook.
3. Add 1 tsp salt and 2 seasoning cubes
4. Place cleaned fish in soup and allow to steam for 10-15 minutes or until cooked
