Yes primeOja is registered in the United State, with full license of operation.
PrimeOja will not ask anyone for their personal information over the phone or by Email. All orders must be placed on the website to be safe, do not send money directly to anyone in the community section or vendors.
As much as we are ready to assist you, we won't be able to provide support for transactions not done on the Primeoja marketplace platform even though from a store owner in the marketplace.

Have you searched through our African print? And was unable to find your desired size or style? Not too worry, we accept pre-order purchases which takes about 4 weeks to be ready. Want to look like that African bride and don’t know how to go about it? We are here for you. PrimeOja team will also take care of your “Owanbe parties” without having to stress yourself. We appreciate your business with us and thank you for trusting us. Once your payment is cleared, please allow 1-2 business days to process Express orders, and 3 -4 business days to process standard shipping. Special pre-order purchases will take 4 weeks or more. Purchases made on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
Purchases $0 and above have a standard flat-rate fee of $7.99 to ship within the United States and a $15 flat-rate fee for Express shipping.
Satisfying our customers is one of our goals, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return/exchange it within 7 days only. Worn, washed and any altered garment will not qualify for return/exchange. Refunds take up to 7 business days to be processed. Please note that you are responsible for your return cost. Some items like wigs, and underwear, cannot be returned.
